Instead of slashing the Numbers,why does the Federal government not cancel the NYSC scheme? It is presently a waste of money and time and most of these Students do not even return home from their duty posts because they are sent to 'sensitive' spots to teach...
The NYSC scheme has been derailed and all messed up.
